About UsThe Brooks of Claremont is a small community of 37 townhomes. We enjoy the the ammenities of a pool and spa with a bath house that is located within a gated community. As a small neighborhood within an HOA community we work hard to create a friendly-neighbor environment while seeking to keep our community structures and landscape pleasing for all to enjoy and take pride in their own community homes and common areas.

Our History |
In March of 2004 a General Developer purchased the BOC Apartment Townhomes and converted the community to a small Home Owner's Association. We are a community of 37 townhomes with one of the most unique settings for an HOA within the City of Claremont. We enjoy having the closeness of our neighbors like those that are in a small town. Every size of HOA has it's separate set of challenges. However, the Board of Director's, collectively work hard to try and meet the expecations of all the owner's. However, this does not happen easily without the input from all of our owner's. It is an essential goal we strive for so that every member-owner of the community has a part in the well-being of our community.
